! NEW RULEZ AND RANK-SYSTEM !

So as i said its time to setup new rulez...it wont be a massive change just some small that should improve quality of the guild...

So here is list of new ranks :

Guild Master - DeLta
Commander - [Jimbo,Ecco,Bonnez, Drumla,Thestig,Dreara, Warwind] also their alts...
Banker - [Ramses (This rank will be chosen by the team)]
Informator - [Devetar, Lightbane, LadieThis rank will be chosen by the team]
Knight - [Players with this rank are noticed as good,nice,skilled and of course worth of this rank]
Sergeant - [You will change to this rank after yout become active on the forum or your "work" is worth of this rank]
Scout - [Payers which totally ignore all others,no forum activity,quite all the time,dont worry we will notice it]

Guild Master - Thats just a sad guy...no more words about him and his work he know what he should to do...
BANK LIMITS : for me guild bank doesnt work so i will have access and limits again like others players with my alt...

Commander - Work of these guys is good,but pls you have same rights like me (yes they have same laws in guild like me),i am alone for all work,jimbo is pretty one forum assistant,but like normal human he is in work so often and active when everybody sleep again coz of his work,about others i should be quiet...so i just want to say that your work is good but i need at least one more guy to help me here and manage forum a bit...we will talk ingame about it...
BANK LIMITS : items/money per day 200/2000

Banker - Well this new rank,it will be strict choosed by whole team,player with this rank will have acces with all his chars with access to all tabs in guild bank and with lowest limitation of the mats/money... i think 400/4000 per day is for 220+ players enough...but again this rank wont be so easy to get...you must be forum active !!!...work of the banker is that he should clean up bank often (spare all parts,stack it,destroy crap items [the grey one],and check money logs and item logs)...to see the progress and if he notice that somebody is ninja or a good depositer he will demote/promote that player to required rank (minimum scout to prevent acces to guild bank and maximum knight to be able to get more items as reward)...i hope we will find out some good bankers...
BANK LIMITS : items/money per day 400/4000

Informator - Is there any enchanter online ? Any good tailor ? Can someone give me ...... ? Yes these words are such often coz a lot of players dont have filled up they officers note/note...so quess what should informator do...but its not all...player with this rank will gather all info about all players...he must be forum active !!! he will check forum regulary...check raids & events ofc check Crogges forum to know all news etc etc...simply he have to have view about everything on each forums and players too...ofc like banker and this rank there are some small advantages...
BANK LIMITS : items/money per day 50/500

Knight - If you want this rank your should be nice,fair,skilled and be kind & polite...players with this rank wont be so much coz it will be again strict choosed...there is ofc required forum activity Again little advantages ingame too...
BANK LIMITS : items/money per day 10/50

Sergeant - You can get this rank after you become forum active from scout rank,but dont forget you can be again demoted coz of your bad "work" in guild,or beeing ninja or just be bad...and ofc when you made one post on forum and you will think yeah i passed it...noway...u have to be forum active i think its not such hard to make at least 2-3 post per week isnt it ??
BANK LIMITS : items/money per day 5/25

Scout - Players which dont want to be friends and i cant trust them coz they never said a word yet and they play alone just with guild name above their heads...players with no forum activity too...if you want to change it and have some more advantages and be more nice in guild you know what to do to become that...
BANK LIMITS : no access to guild bank

Invitation issue : Informator,Banker,Commander and Guild Master have promote rights...min. lvl to invite is 30 now...but dont take it hard...always is there any way how you can for example invite player lvl 15...if you see he is good...nice geared and he really wants to join the guild there is nothing to dont do it...ofc if is it your friend no rulez for this cause...and dont forget after invitation to add join date of the player...its really important pls...dont ignore it pls...thanks...and afte you do that tell informator to gather other info like others have...age,gender,country and skills ingame...if informator will inv he will do it everything at once...

Bank issue : its just rank related...all tabs are free to draw/deposit...but pls dont abuse it...and banker dont forget to take care about whole bank !

Raid / Instances issue : you wanna do ini or any good raid and still no help in guild chat and you are going to be bored and than leave the guild ? yes its why you dont post it on forum so others will know about it and get you a help...so i hope i will never ever listen these words...be forum active and your probles will be over than...simply

Raid / Instances issue 2 : first of all your should make a post about raid/ini you want to do...or at least try to ask all in the guild to help you (i mean similiar lvls) or even any other players in the game...and if you will have still problems to get a group or the ini is hard for you...than you can ask for the high lvls to help you or boost you trought the instance...pls follow these steps coz than high lvls are leaving...

Forum accounts issue : its easy...register you will get your activation link/email and you are done...pls if is it possible and i hope it is...try to make nick same as you are in the guild...fill in required fields and we will know who are you and know about you than...and even if you choose other name add you real guild name in the signature or at least under your avatar...thanks

Pls and you know guild bank is pretty thing...but it cant earn money itself so pls who can donate and deposite sometimes few golds in...

Well i hope i dont forget on smtng...if yes pls notice me and i will edit rulez...i made poll too if you like it...but if you make some post about your opinion or ideas to make rulez better pls do it...rulez are now setted up but still no apply in the guild...i will do it maybe in 1-2 days coz it is a lot of work to do...and its better to do it later than now when its so fresh to prevent doing a lot of work for nothing it it is bad for you or you dont accept it...so thank your for reading and i hope i did the best Sad

My suggestions (rather Jimbo's): To make a rank between Scout an Sergeant, and to establish some people-people behavior rules. Rest is cool in my opinion.

the're really good ... but a new class of donors should be created allowed to see gbank and donate items ....if he puts crappy items he/she should be again demoted to scout ...this class could be used to punish ninjas or bankrobbers demoting them to this rank untill they have payed their debt

i meant a class that woun't be allowed do do anything else than donate .... ......a penalty class ... like if someone ninjas you just demote him to that point untill he fulfilles his debt Smile

...... the bankers are sort of bank admins afro

when they can see, they can withdraw...
if they have no permission to withdraw, they cant see too

i´ve tried to start a discussion about a new rank between scout and sergeant too in the officer´s forum,
but most dont want it

hmm...why everyone is talking about rank between those two...i made a new one rank Knight...it means its like sergeant before...

So :
-Knight (like old sergeant but new one)
-Sergeant (and this is the rank you all want)
-Scout (same as before)

Those new rules are good in my opinion so should be applied as soon as possible.

Nevertheless i have some idea about ranks. Now there are Scout, Sergant, Knight but those titles dosnt fit into Horde image - they could be in a alliance guild.
I would came up with something more "hordish" Razz

E.g. scout -> peon , sergant-> grunt , knight -> raider . Also Commanders rank could be renamed into something like Warchief Guard.
Hope that somebody would like it Very Happy

Refering to that link we have now semi horde-alliance ranks ( aliance's commander and knight, horde scout and sergant ). It was just my own sugestion, so you dont have to listen to me Razz

Anyway implementing some of horde pvp ranks would sound better ;]

The new banker status is one of the best things that you came up with Razz

I LIKE =D. It's good that we will have someone regulating the flow of the guild bank and keeps it in order as much as possible. The new rules encourage some people to become more active in the forum and in-game so that this guild will be better off Wink

Rulles are ok. Don't have nothing to comment on them but i really think about this ranking stuff. I think there are many guys who are playing nice, fair and so on and getting no ranks. All are seargents. Ofc is my opinion! think ppl from guild should be "recompensated" with ranks! It's motivating! Smile
