other cool games(besides Wow)

could you tell me some good games to be played in the free time(that means in the time when im not in wow )?
preferably RPGs XD

Check out Ultima Online for the most evolved gameplay mmorpg game EVER.
You can do about anything in-game, and raise skills from about 52 abilities.
You can have a house, decorate it, have pets, go treasure hunting, pvp, or just craft items or deco for other players. This game is simply amazing. But the official servers have changed a lot from the first game... so a lot of people including myself, prefer playing on free servers that kept an old version of the game.

It's pretty oldschool, tho.


But they made a new version to catch up on the new generation of players. I've heard it wasn't THAT bad, but really different from what it used to be...

Diablo 2 : The lord of Destruction is a nice game where you get to play as 7 classes with 30 skills/abilites each and it begins with that the devil Diablo have revived and is back to reign the world once again and you got to defeat 5 bosses in 3 difficulty grades: Normal (enemies have normal strength) Nightmare (enemies are a bit stronger) and Hell (all enemies is immune to something or more things). In each Difficulty there are 5 acts with 1 boss in each act (in expansion there is 5 acts and without there are 4) .The max level is 99. Resistances decreases damage done by that element.there is also shrines all over the world that gives you some special effects for a time. Each time you level up you get 1 skill point and 5 stat points to put in the following stats

Strength: increases your physical melee and ranged damage and allows you to wear armor shield weapons etc. so if you have low strength = bad armors high Strength = good armors just don't put too much there depending on class..

Dexterity: increases your block chance with shield to a maximum of 75% and increases your defense (less chance to be hit) and increases your chance to hit. not too much depending on class

Vitality: Vitality is your health and stamina. vitality gives you more health and stamina. stamina makes you be able to run longer before you get forced to walk. much in this always

Energy: this serves for your mana not really good to take much in at all. remember much mana gives faster regenation of it.


The classes availble is:

Amazon : using bow/crossbows with some special shots of fire, ice and magic or with spears and javelins with poison and lightning. Also can use some passive effects to get dodge chances and crit chance.can make a valkyrie and copy of yourself also. uses special bows and spears

Assasin (expansion only) : using claws as weapons and can deploy some traps a shadow of youself and can charge up special martial strikes to kick them on the enemy with fire, ice and lightning.

Necromancer: can summon up skeletons that fight with the caster. can summon warriors, mages and revive dead monsters. also can summon golems, curse the enemies in example increase the damage taken by 100% or giving the monster 100-350% damage done back to them. they can also use magic and poison skills to damage the enemy.he can summon a bone armor that absorbs physical and magic damage. haves special shields

Barbarian : A strong melee class with very high health that is good with most weapons (cannot wield assasin claws or sorceress orbs) uses very many combat skills and haves some passives. barbarians can also shout (buff) everyone in his party near him with defense (armor) health and mana and even with skill. haves special helms

Paladin: A class with alot of offensive and defensive auras that either heal/increases damage/increases attack speed/run speed etc. he also got combat skills like smite (bashes and stuns with his shield) zeal (strikes 2-5 times with his weapon) and magic hammer (throws out a hammer that hurts enemies around him) haves special shield with resistances

Sorceress: A mage class that can use fire ice and lightning spells. can teleport themselves to a location on their screen and even weaken enemies by 25% of their maximum health. haves special orbs

Druid (expansion) : a hybrid class that can shapeshift into a wolf or bear and can also summon animals (other side of necromancer) and use elemental spells.can summon a element shield that shield against fire ice and lightning. haves special helms.

In order to duel someone you must reach level 9. if you have complete the game in all difficulties you can get Hardcore mode. in hardcore mode you have one life only so if you die you cannot play with that character anymore. in normal mode you can die but reappear in town without your items that lies in your corpse that lies where you died last time. in nightmare and hell you lose experience if you die. in each act there are 6 quest exept act 4 where it is 3 quests

there is multiplayer mode named battle.net where you fight with others too.. and if you get this game tell me

Bosses and element uses:
act 1 boss Andariel uses poison damage.
act 2 boss Duriel uses ice damage and have frost aura that slows you down
act 3 boss Mephisto uses ice, lightning and poison damage
act 4 boss Diablo uses fire and ice damage
act 5 boss Baal (expansion) uses fire ice and lightning

i play DotA, its a map for warcraft3. Here in Chile is almost the most played map for w3, and i strongly recomend it.

Ive also enjoy playing diablo II, its an amazing game from blizzard

Used to play DoTa also b4 wow, wasnt a big pro but wasnt a noob.
Cuz the skill lvl that i saw in Israel Channel was crazy, the dudes know where the mob shit in the wood and when he gonna wipe his ass.
Anyways European Players never had a chance

DOTA FTW!! Honestly, it is a great game to spend time yet like in all multi player games playing with decent people is quite difficult. Leavers and foul mouthed teenagers sometimes make your time hell but if you got some friends or people you know, you'll be addicted quite easily

another rpg very nice is rising force a futuristic rpg, its a bit complicated to learn but with some time u can get a good char and be part of gigantics war between 3 races in diferents corners of the universe ( accretian empire 4tw )
